Volunteers are essential to making Solar Fiesta a success. Each year, community members like you help with event setup, guest services, workshop support, kids' activities, and more. Whether you can spare a few hours or the whole day, your contribution makes a real difference.
Ways to Help
- Setup & Take Down — Help prepare the venue before gates open and assist with cleanup afterward.
- Guest Services — Welcome attendees, provide directions, and answer questions about the event.
- Workshop Support — Assist speakers and panelists with room setup, timing, and attendee flow.
- Kids' Activities — Support hands-on activities and crafts for younger visitors.
- Vendor Assistance — Help exhibitors and food vendors during load-in and throughout the day.
